Roger was the former Director of Administrative Searches for International Schools Services, Inc. in Princeton, NJ. Prior to facilitating worldwide searches for ISS, he was the Associate Director of the Office of International Programs with Lehigh University from 2004-2010 where he worked with graduate students from international schools around the world. Roger has held teacher and administrative positions in the U.S. and overseas for 17 years. He served as Principal and Interim Assistant Head with the American Creativity Academy in Kuwait, a PreK-12 two campus international school servicing over 1200 students. He is familiar with school expansions and growth and development of both U.S. and international schools. He has taught graduate courses in educational leadership, curriculum design, diversity & multicultural perspectives, and learning theories. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Kansas, a Masters in School Administration and Supervision from the College of New Jersey, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Lehigh University.

Audree has 10 years’ experience in higher educational associations and international NGOs in Washington, DC, working with more than 1,000 academic and diplomatic professionals from around the world. She recently worked four years with the College of Education’s Comparative and International Education program. She has worked with the U.S. Departments of State and Education, the U.S. Agency for International Development, NAFSA: Association of International Educators, Institute for International Education, and the American Councils for International Education. Audree has taught at Northampton Community College’s Center for Adult Education and Advanced Academic Reading and Writing for the Office of International Programs. Audree has a Master’s of Education degree in Globalization and Educational Change from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian and Soviet Studies and Russian Language from Dickinson College, PA, and studied in Vienna, Austria. She was a Fulbright Grantee to Germany for the 2001 International Educators Seminar. Audree has a total of 50 publications and international conference presentations related to international education, recruiting international students, and internationalizing college campuses.

Janna received her B.S. in Art Education degree from Temple University, Tyler School of Art. Post-graduation, Janna used her artistic talent and love for travel to combine 11 years of teaching, mural painting and theater scene design in the U.S., Europe and Israel. She has studied abroad in Rome, been affiliated with the U.S. Foreign Service and taught in the British International School in the Czech Republic. In 2010, Janna joined the Office of International Programs with Lehigh University, supporting their mission to promote professional development for international educators.
